We promote competitive sailing from Barcelona through dissemination, sport and innovation. Discover FBCN >

This edition of the Boat Show has been the first one great opportunity for the FBCN to make its name known to the nautical sector, its role in the coordination of the organisation of the 37th America's Cup and the legacy projects that will remain. Once again, and thanks to the support of the Boat Show organisers, the FBCN was able to bring the training courses and practical workshops on offer to enthusiasts to bring them closer to offshore and deep-sea sailing. The activity of the Mini Base was also present, as well as the proposals for collaboration with schools in the area.

On this occasion, the FBCN attended the event at the Moll de la Fusta with three competition boats, two minis and one IMOCAThe school boat, which has made daily outings that have been a success. In addition, it has also been possible to see first hand La Nona, the Mini built entirely in the FBCN, and to know the project of one of our ministas, Aina Bauz, who will participate in the regatta in 2023. In addition, we have also reported on our educational offerboth on courses and workshops we develop, including routage and meteorology, diesel engines and nautical cabulleria, such as the partnerships with schools of the city to bring sailing closer to its students.

The round table was organised at the stand of the Port Olímpic de Barcelona and was attended by Ignasi Armengol, the new Director General of the Fundació Barcelona Capital Nàutica.

Finally, the FBCN has also counted with the institutional visit authorities visited the stand with the Director General of the FBCN, Ignasi Armengol. The stand was visited by authorities such as the King of Spain, Felipe VI; the First Deputy Mayor of Barcelona, Jaume Collboni; the new Councillor for Territory, Juli Fernández; the President of the FBCN, Ignasi Armengol; and the President of the FBCN, Jaume Collboni.
